Stage 1 \\ Consultation & Site Survey

The process begins in your garden, with a chat about what you would like to achieve and also an opportunity to understand your space and the surrounding areas. A thorough site survey will be undertaken, and a written brief will be sent to you to summarise the project, your budget and my fee process.

Stage 2 \\ Concept Designs

During this stage, a mood board is produced, alongside concept designs to work on the layout of your garden. Hard landscaping materials can be discussed.

Stage 3 \\ Detailed Design

A final masterplan is drawn up, with supporting drawings and illustrations. An indicative planting palette is shared, to determine your likes and dislikes. These drawings will be suitable for landscapers and contractors to provide quotes.

Stage 4 \\ Planting Plans

This stage outlines all plants planned for your garden, together with quantities and specific sizes. A full planting palette is produced.

Stage 5 \\ Project Management

Once the masterplan is approved, the construction details are sent out to landscapers (or you are welcome to use your own contractor). Upon the start of the building work, you have the option for a project management service to keep the build on track.
